Madrid

I’m going to talk about our perfect day in the capital of Spain… MADRID.

First of all, we’re starting the day sightseeing the Puerta Del Sol and the kilometre zero.
The kilometre zero is the place where all Spanish roads start and the Puerta Del Sol is the famous place where the people celebrate the New Year.

In the middle of the morning, we’re going to have a breakfast in the Café Gijón where we are eating chocolate with “churros”.

After breakfast, we are going to visit the Royal Palace.  It’s a beautiful place for visit.
We are going to have lunch in a restaurant near there. We are eating “cocido madrileño” because it is a typical local food.

Afterwards, we are walking in the Park of “Retiro”. We are lying there a few minutes and we are going to see the boats.

Later, about 6 pm., we are going to visit the Prado Museum because at this hour it’s free. In this museum we can see a lot of famous pictures; the most important is “Las Meninas” by Diego Velázquez.

In the afternoon, we are going to “Plaza España” to eat “tapas” and sandwich of squid for dinner.

At night, we are going to party specifically in pubs in the middle of the city and then, we are taking a taxi and we are going to Capital, the most famous disco of Madrid.
