The importance of sports in everyone’s health today


Sports have been very important for people all over  the world since the beginning humanity, but nowadays has increased and are very important in the world of economy.

·  One the one hand  we have the advantages:

-     If you practice a lot of sports you will feel  more comfortable with yourself.
-    You will not need to eat so much.
-     You will be more  healthy and you will enjoy the activity.

·  On the other hand  we have the disadvantages:

- If you do too much exercise you could become ill, and if you don’t  do exercise  every day it wouldn’t  serve  for anything, because sport must  be a continued activity.

To some up, it is necessary to do some exercise in our daily routine.
